Due to the intimate nature of our posture corrective garments, we do not accept returns—only exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for every customer.
We understand that getting the right fit is essential, which is why we offer a 14-day exchange window from the date you receive your order. If your garment doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll gladly exchange it for a better size. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
